AVF Research is an independent non-profit research organisation working in scientific, engineering and biomedical informatics.  In addition to research, we provide strategic intelligence and contribute to public innovation policy.

Our primary areas of generic expertise are in smart sensing, augmented intelligence and modelling.  We have applications experience and scientific software development experience in:

• geotechnical engineering informatics;
• informatics of astronomy;
• biomedical informatics;
